Here is my second diaper cake that I made for a friend having a boy. Inside is a container of wipes and a bottle of baby wash.

Teacher Appreciation Posters
Here are a few posters I made for Teacher Appreciation Week at my son's preschool. I thought they turned out nice and he enjoyed helping me with glue, paint, and stickers! I got most of the word ideas and some of the design ideas from Google image and used the materials I had on hand to create my own. There weren't tons of ideas on Google, so I decided to post these to add to the mix (and to save for the same purpose in years to come!).

My First Diaper Cake
With my two pregnancies, I think I received about 5 diaper cakes total as gifts from co-workers, friends, and family. I loved them! So beautiful and useful! As other friends had babies, I kept telling myself to try to make one, but rarely got around to it. A very special friend of the family announced her pregnancy recently. It was her third child (after 10 years), her first son, and she had never received a diaper cake! I was determined to make one that fit her nursery theme, frogs.
For my first attempt, I was quite pleased! Even better were all the goodies I was able to fit INSIDE the cake! The contents of this cake include: 17 size 1 diapers (Pampers Swaddlers), 62 Size 2 diapers, 2 pacifiers, 1 pacifier clip, 1 frog toy, 3 bibs, 5 onesies (6-9mos), 1 receiving blanket, and 1 diaper bag dispenser with refills.
